  • International: 6–18 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance

Delivery times are estimates only. External factors such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may cause delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard domestic shipping is free. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges for international shipments.

4. Order Tracking

5. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed deliveries or returned shipments. Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at service@maxhaven.top. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Verified cases will result in a replacement product or a full refund.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Transit times vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier performance. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and compliance with local regulations.
